No credit card may be required during the trial (if applicable), and users can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged.

Once the trial period ends and a paid subscription begins, the refund terms outlined below apply.


2. Subscription Services (No Refund Policy)

After subscribing to any paid Zaplet AI plan, all payments are non-refundable.

The 7-day free trial is provided to ensure users have sufficient time to evaluate the platform before making a purchase decision.

  • One-time setup fees
  • Custom chatbot development services
  • Third-party integration charges

Due to the nature of WhatsApp API services and Meta-related costs, Zaplet AI cannot reverse or refund these charges once incurred.


4. Technical Issues

If a user experiences significant and continuous technical issues that prevent proper use of the service, and such issues are verified by Zaplet AI's support team as being caused by Zaplet AI, the company may, at its sole discretion, offer:

  • Service credit, or
  • Partial compensation

Refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed case-by-case.


5. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Charges
